By accessing or using DatBill ("Service"), provided by Alhassi for Information Technology LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DatBill is a cloud-based accounting and operations platform for UAE small and medium businesses. The Service includes invoicing, POS, inventory, payroll, tax, treasury, reporting, and related business management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription in line with your active billing terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or create in the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
